Shipping policy


At SUIT KING we strive to offer you the best shipping options regardless of your location.

When you place an order, you will receive updates on the status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has shipped.

Processing time:
Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Normally it takes 0-1 business day (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for ordering is 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).

Delivery time and Delivery costs
Free shipping - 6 to 8 days
Expedited - 7.99 each suit - 3 to 5 days
Priority - 14.99 each suit - 2 to 3 days

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the Monday or the first working day after. (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Regarding the delivery service zone:
Currently our delivery services are only available to locations within the USA.

Order tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. If you do not receive this email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline on +1 (608) 397-5350 or by sending an email to

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package returned to sender (SUIT KING) at customer's expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of delivery address:
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at or call us on +1 (608) 397-5350.

After receiving your order:
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a refund as soon as you receive the order. Please see our returns and refund policy for more information.

Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next working day.
